Freya is a Transformative Life Coach and Accredited Level 2 EFT Practitioner offering coaching and EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or ‘Tapping’) through her private practice, and as an internal organisational coach.

Finding limited relief from anxiety and burnout via traditional therapeutic approaches, Freya discovered coaching in 2020, and a new way of seeing herself and life opened up.  Experiencing a new sense of clarity and confidence inspired her to help others to create the same inner freedom for themselves.

In 2024 Freya went on to become an Accredited EFT Practitioner. She has found both for herself and her clients that the combination of coaching and EFT creates a deeply transformative blend —gently releasing emotional patterns, and un-useful habits, to create real movement, insight, and lasting change.

Freya is an IET Practitioner, completing her Diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques in 2025 at The EFT Centre. Further training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnotherapy also informs her practice. Freya offers client’s a compassionate, non-judgemental, yet lightly challenging framework for their own self-discovery and self-actualisation.

Freya’s naturally empathetic and intuitive style, draws on her own experiences of perfectionism and burnout, alongside decades of reading across the science and spirituality of personal growth.

Freya has her own coach, Chris, who she sees mostly online, and sometimes in person, by the sea, because she knows the power of coaching to create more of what we want. Coaching is great for helping you see your blind spots.

Freya lives in Ely, Cambridgeshire. She loves nature, outdoor yoga, running (especially along the river), and trying new artistic pursuits. She is endlessly fascinated by people and how we change and grow beyond ourselves.
