Freya is a qualified Transformative Life Coach, EFT Practitioner, NLP Practitioner and Workplace Wellbeing Professional & Organisational Coach. 

Finding limited relief in popular therapeutic approaches, she was fortunate to discover the wonderful world of coaching, and a new way of seeing herself and life opened up. 

Freya’s offering includes the incredible tool of EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, or ‘Tapping’) to provide relief and movement for anyone stuck in patterns of feeling.

Transformative coaching in tandem with EFT and NLP combine with Freya’s naturally empathetic and intuitive style, drawing on decades of reading around personal growth, in particular anxiety, addiction, performance and spirituality, to offer clients a compassionate, non-judgemental, yet lightly challenging framework for their own self-discovery and self-actualisation.

Freya holds a diploma in Integrated Energy Techniques and NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) from The EFT Centre. Further trainings are listed below.

Freya has her own coach, Chris, who she sees mostly online, and sometimes in person, by the sea, because she knows the power of coaching to create more of what we want. Coaching is great for helping you see your blind spots.

Freya lives in Ely, Cambridgeshire. She loves running (especially along the river), being outdoors in nature, and trying new artistic pursuits.

She is endlessly fascinated by people and how we change and grow beyond ourselves.
